Support for Vista PVRs

We have just released a new build of the TV Genius PVR client, with the following new features

• Support for Windows Vista
• New installer
• No longer allow two versions of the client to run at the same time
• Switch into offline mode if internet connectivity is not available, switching back online when the network connection is restored
